Fisherman needs better lawyering Editor: Not knowing about fishing laws and if Mr. Bender is correct (see the fisherman, the fish, and $10,000 fine) is seems to me Mr. Reid has received some mighty poor lawyering and should be looking to that lawyer [shark] for some malpractice damages. While Mr. Bender's points may be well taken [the issue of malicious prosecution] the government could not have bullied Mr.Reid if he had better lawyering.
