Questions Tim Jenney refused to answer

little jenneyVNS wanted to talk to School Superintendent Timothy R. Jenney about previously unpublished reports that he'd hired a school teacher, Maynard West  to build his luxury home at Croatan Beach.  He refused, and hid behind his PR skirts who tried to dodge questions for him by saying the Virginia Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) didn't apply to the questions.  VNS pointed out that if he'd been charged with murder, child molestation, or assault, the FOIA wouldn't apply to questions about those issues any more than it would to our questions.  VNS never made any requests for information under the FOIA to Jenney.  It was obviously an issue he didn't want to tell the public about.  Therefore, below are some of the questions raised that we wanted to ask (or did ask) and he refused to answer. Jenney contends that since he has decided VNS is not a legitimate news outlet, that is his justification to not respond to the public about his questionable, unexplained activities.
